Éminence’s Director of Marketing, Stephanie Baresh shares how to increase spa business with chocolate in Jessica Lyons Hardcastle’s column 'In The Mix' in the February issue of American Spa Magazine. According to statistics, over $1 billion will be spent on the sweet treat during Valentine’s Day and Baresh urges spas to take advantage of this market. “Pair chocolate treatments with Champagne or strawberries for a romantic spa escape in February or all year round.” says Baresh.
Creamy in texture and delicious, chocolate also contains cocoa which “is high in flavonoids – those good-for-you phytonutrients that offer incredible antioxidants and protective benefits.
